Introduction

NaaPI(नापी) is a Tool aka an Android App developed by M&S Developers (msdevelopers.7@gmail.com), for all of the requirements in Land Measurement related Activities. NaaPI is now no longer limited within the boundaries of Nepal, it has been widely supported by users all over the world because of its handiness and ease of use. Eventhough there are Nepal-Locale specific Area Units included, it can be easily customized from the settings within the App to suit it to other Users as well.

History

NaaPI has evolved/iterated numerous time over all these years since it was first launced in '15/16, to this stage by improving functionalities, usability and adding many new features that users requested in the run as part of user feedback. NaaPI made its first step in development in the year of 2015/16 and since then it has been growing continuosly and will continue to do so.

Features

•    Length Conversion
     Convert the Length value to multiple other Units.
     Choose the Units you want to display from the menu.
•    Area Conversion
     Convert the Area value to multiple other Units.
     Choose the Units you want to display from the menu.
•    Plotter
     Draw the Plot, provide measurments (in the units you want) for the sides and diagonals and get the Area.
     Save the Plot as Image, so that you can share with others if you wish to.
     Multiple Undo while drawing the plot.
     Select the Primary and Seconday Unit to use for entering measurement values.
     Plot Shape Restructure: See the restructured plot (how the plot shape looks like in real).
     Save the plot, so that you can return back later to edit or for reference.
     Display North Pointer in Plotter
     North Pointer Setup (from Plotter Menu)
     Hide Diagonal(s) in the plot (when present/possible, from Plotter Menu)
     Show Real Angle between 2 lines in the plot (when possible, from Plotter Menu)
     Ability to show Length System being used (in the plotter screen, from Plotter Menu)
     Ability to show Length Label along the line (in the plotter screen, enabled from settings)
     Ability to enter length as you draw (enabled from settings)
     Different Start and End Indicator (for points in the plotter screen)
     Different Line Style for diagonal(s) (in the plotter screen)
     Plot Image saved with additional details
     Tip/Note on Total Length Calculation (while entering length of line(s) in the plot, enabled from settings)
  
•    Geo Plotter
     Want to get a general idea on the Area of any Plot from the Map?
     Draw the Plot in Map and get the Area.
              NOTE: Plotter is accurate. Geo-Plotter gives an idea of the approximate Area.
     Save the Plot as Image, so that you can share with others if you wish to.
     Multiple Undo while drawing the plot.
     Show the Boundary Measurements (in the Unit of your choice) if you would like to.
     Save the plot, so that you can return back later to edit or for reference.
     Ability to show Length System being used (in the geo-plotter screen, from geo-plotter menu)
     Ability to show Length Label along the line (in the geo-plotter screen, enabled from settings)
     Ability to show a Line in the Map as Real Line(shortest) (from geo-plotter menu)
     Ability to show a fullscreen Map
     Different Start and End Indicator (for points in the geo-plotter plot)
     Plot Image saved with additional details
  
•    Area Adder / Subtractor
     Want to know your Total Land Area?
     Use Adder/Subtractor, you get your Total Area.
  
•    Area Multiplier / Divider
     Need to divide a Plot equally or in some Ratio or multiply?
     Use Multiplier/Divider, you get the resulting Area.
  
•    Pro Area Utilities
     Area calculation of various Geometric Shapes and
     Addition/Subtraction of area of various Geometric Shapes
  
•    Calculator
     Need a Calculator?
     No need to exit the App, handy Calculator within the App.
     Customize how the Calculator gives the Result: Exponent and Decimal Places.

     Need to know how much can you get for your plot?
     Use Area-Price Calculator.
  
•    Compass
     Don't know where the North is while visiting a Plot?
     No need to exit the App, handy Compass within the App.
  
•    Walk & Measure
     Lazy to measure Area using Plotter or Geo-Plotter?
     Let Walk & Measure do the work and provide you an estimate of the Area.
              NOTE: Plotter is accurate. Walk & Measure gives an idea of the approximate Area.
     Save the Plot as Image, so that you can share with others if you wish to.

     Let the WORLD know you want to sell your plot!
     Use our Market Place platform to add/publish your plot for Sale.
     Search Plots for sale that might interest you.
     Customize how the Market Place Listing need to look like for you.
     See and/or Edit your Plots already in the Market Place for Sale.
     Ability to submit a new market-plot in the Market Place
     Search market-plot(s) by 'Kitta No' or Address
     Additional Advanced Search Filters (Max Distance, Min/Max Area, Max Price)
     Configurable Market Place list-item
     Only show market-plot(s) that you've submitted
     Ability to scan barcode found in the market-plot image (to get details about the market-plot)
     Ability to see more details about the market-plot
     Ability to see availability information about the market-plot
     Ability to see the market-plot Seller Contact details (if configured by the Seller)
     Ability to hide a plot from Market Place
  
•    Map Blue Print
     Download the Scale drawn Blue-Print/Trace Maps!
     Draw on the Blue-Print and get the Area.
     Save the Plot as Image, so that you can share with others if you wish to.
